Japanese Beef
Sukiyaki
Among our Osakian specialties, Cui-daore has prided itself on our
authentic Sukiyaki for more than half a century.
Cooked the authentic Kansai region (in western Japan) style, which
is to saute the beef first before adding soy sauce and sugar, instead
of the usual eastern Japan style of cooking the meat in sweet soy
sauce.
By this way, the taste of the high-quality Japanese marbled beef can
be appreciated best. We cook and serve the dish right at the table.
